Your tracking number is a unique identifier for your shipment (e.g., CG-A1B2C3D4). You'll receive it via email after creating your cargo order, and it's also displayed on your order confirmation page.
Tracking information appears immediately after your order is created. However, real-time status updates begin once your package is received and processed at our facility.
You can track multiple shipments by entering tracking numbers separated by commas in the search box. Each shipment will be displayed with its own tracking timeline.
